Content & Visual Identity • The entire website will be in English • Logo, fonts, and color palette are already defined • We have reference website(s) • All images are already available, including: o Institutional photos o Team photos o Main banner (hero image) 4. Features & Technical Requirements CMS & Autonomy • The website must include a robust CMS, allowing: o Text and image updates o Creation of new pages o Publishing new blog posts • After delivery, we must have full administrative access to the platform Responsiveness & Performance • Fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, and mobile) • Performance optimization, including: o Fast loading times o Image compression o Good UX practices • Preference for strong Core Web Vitals metrics SEO (Initial Optimisation) The project must include initial technical SEO, covering: • Proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3) • SEO-friendly URLs • Meta titles and meta descriptions • Sitemap • Basic configuration for Google indexing Security & Backup • Basic security configuration • Automatic website backups • Clear definition of maintenance responsibility after delivery 5. Domain & Hosting • The domain has already been purchased • The domain is hosted on GoDaddy, and we prefer the hosting to be there as well • The provider will be responsible for: o Full domain configuration and pointing it to the built website 6. Work Process (Workflow) • The entire project must follow a clear timeline • We expect the process to include: 1. Initial briefing (interview or form) 2. Creation of a simple “Coming Soon” page during the process 3. Preliminary discussion to align aesthetic and strategic direction 4. Page design phase 5. Design approval 6. Website development on the chosen platform 7. Revisions 8. Final delivery + handover 7.
