I’m building a cosplay outfit and need a ready-to-print STL of a geometric antler headband. The look I’m after is deliberately minimalist: crisp, straight-line facets that feel almost low-poly, with no curved surfaces. Please size the model to fit a standard plastic headband (roughly 140 – 150 mm inner width) so it can either be printed as one piece with an integrated band or as antler halves that slide onto a separate band. What I expect: • Printable STL file, watertight and manifold, oriented for FDM printers. • Clean geometry using straight-edge facets only. • Symmetrical antlers that sit at a natural angle, tall enough to read clearly on stage yet still door-friendly. • Basic print notes—recommended scale, support spots (if any), infill, and material tips. • Optional but appreciated: the editable source file (STEP/OBJ/BLEND) in case I need small tweaks later. Keep the design lightweight so it’s comfortable for long convention days, and avoid tiny protrusions that could snap. Looking forward to your minimalist magic!
