I need a clean, minimalist bone-shaped box modeled at a finished length of about 10–20 cm. The two halves must close with a built-in latch so the container stays securely shut straight off the printer—no screws or extra hardware. Please deliver: • One watertight, manifold STL that will print on typical FDM machines (0.4 mm nozzle) with little to no support material. • Correct tolerances for a snap-tight yet smooth-operating latch, accounting for PLA/ABS shrinkage. • Orientation or slicing suggestions if any overhangs are unavoidable. SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, or another professional CAD package is fine as long as the exported STL meets the criteria above. I will test-print on a Prusa MK3; the model should assemble cleanly right off the bed. Let me know the software you’ll use and any specific clearance assumptions so I can match them during slicing.
