Key expectations • Full integration with my existing Meta Business Suite Messenger inbox—no separate dashboards. • Natural-sounding replies that can cover anything a typical shopper asks, from “Is this in stock?” to “How long does shipping take?” and casual small talk in between. • Easy editing: I should be able to tweak responses or add new ones without touching code. • Handover protocol so I’m notified and can jump in seamlessly if the bot gets stuck. • Thorough testing on both desktop and mobile before we go live.
