Our VPS is currently running Mautic 3.3.2. I need the application taken to the latest stable release while keeping all settings, contacts, campaigns, and cron jobs intact. There are no custom plugins or third-party integrations in place right now, so the upgrade path should be straightforward—just make sure the database schema is fully migrated and the file structure follows the new version’s requirements. At the same time, I want a simple way to read and manage the server’s mailboxes. Please install and configure Roundcube on the same VPS, secure it with HTTPS, and hook it up to the existing IMAP/SMTP services so I can log in with my current email credentials. Deliverables: • Fully upgraded Mautic instance, confirmed on the stable release dashboard • Successful test campaign and email send to prove cron jobs and queues still work • Roundcube installed, SSL-secured, and connected to the server’s mail system • Backup of the pre-upgrade Mautic database and files retained on the VPS • Short hand-off note summarising commands run, config changes, and any new credentials I prefer minimal downtime, so please coordinate the upgrade window with me before you begin.
