Detailed User & Admin Flow Overview User Onboarding & Profile Creation Users begin by accessing the official website (1 page website need to be created by you), which redirects them to download the mobile app (Android / iOS). After installation, users log in using their mobile number via OTP authentication with auto-read and auto-fill for secure, password-free access. Users then complete a structured biodata form including personal details (name, gender – groom/bride, age, height, education, occupation, city, contact details, and family details). Based on this, the system automatically generates a biodata profile with a unique Biodata ID. Users upload 2–4 photos, after which the system automatically generates a watermark (Community Name + Biodata ID) and links it securely with their profile. To activate the profile, users complete payment via UPI, Card, or Netbanking. Only paid profiles are forwarded to the admin for approval. Admin Approval & Profile Activation The admin receives instant notification of new paid profiles and can: Approve profiles → Automatically added to assigned groups based on sequencing logic Reject profiles → Payment refunded via Razorpay (within 24 hours), with user notification Only approved profiles become visible within groups. Rejected profiles are not added. Admin can also manually add existing paid members, shift members between groups, or remove members when required. Group Access, Visibility & Member Interaction Approved profiles are automatically added to assigned groups, where: Members can view biodata and photos (with zoom enabled) Members can shortlist profiles Members can contact admin via support (chat/call enabled) WhatsApp contact is linked directly to profiles for communication Security protections include: Screenshot disabling Image download prevention Secure media access Restricted visibility to only assigned groups Agent phone numbers stored in the restricted database are blocked from registration or payment. Smart Group Rotation & Data Distribution Groups follow a structured rotation logic to ensure unique profile exposure. Example: 15 groups with 50 members each (25 male, 25 female) Monthly automated rotation ensures each group’s biodata is shared across all groups Only unique profiles are shown — no duplicate or repeated data Fully automated monthly biodata rotation system Subscription & Renewal Automation Profiles operate on subscription cycles (30 / 60 / 90 days). Automated notifications are sent: 7 days before expiry 1 day before expiry On app open (popup reminder) Email notification Message example: “Your matrimonial profile will expire soon. Please renew to stay active.” If expired: Profile automatically removed from groups Profile hidden from listings On renewal: Profile automatically restored and re-added to groups Admin Panel & Full Administrative Control Admin has secure backend access with complete control over users, groups, and subscriptions.
