My single-page GoDaddy site has served its purpose; now I need a full, modern web presence that makes booking and managing appointments effortless for both clients and me. The core of the build is a secure client account area. Inside it, visitors must be able to review past and upcoming sessions, check the balance of any gift cards they hold, and—crucially—reschedule an appointment themselves as long as it’s more than 48 hours away. That self-service flow has to be straightforward on desktop and mobile alike. Gift cards are the second pillar. Clients should be able to purchase digital cards, have them delivered instantly by email, and then redeem them during checkout with no extra steps. Balance tracking needs to tie back into the account area so clients always know what they have left. Finally, I want real control over my calendar. I need to block off personal time or vacation days, cap how many sessions can be booked per day, and trigger automatic reminders to reduce no-shows. The booking engine should present clients with only the slots that make the most efficient use of my working hours—no manual jigsaw-puzzling on my end.
