I need a complete set of architectural and basic engineering drawings for a new commercial massage parlor. The plans will be reviewed by our engineering department and eventually submitted for permit, so accuracy and adherence to local code are essential. Scope of work • Scaled floor plan that lays out reception, several private massage rooms, a relaxation lounge, restrooms, storage, and staff space (final room count to be refined together). • Dimensioned elevations and sections detailing ceiling heights, façade treatment, and key construction notes. • Basic MEP layout: plumbing points for sinks/showers, electrical and low-voltage outlet locations, and HVAC diffuser/grille positions. • Simple 3D massing or colored plan view to help stakeholders visualize flow and ambience. • One iterative round of revisions after my initial review. Style & atmosphere I’m open to modern, traditional, or minimalist concepts—as long as the end result feels calm, welcoming, and spa-like.
