I need a robust Rhino 3D model that is ready to hand straight to a manufacturer. The project is purely product-design focused, so every surface, tolerance and connection must be build-ready—well beyond the loose “concept” stage. I will supply sketches, dimensions and reference photos as soon as we start. From there, I expect: • a clean, fully named layer structure inside the .3dm file • watertight geometry suitable for CNC or injection-mould tooling • export-ready STEP or IGES files alongside the native Rhino file If you prefer Grasshopper for parametric sections, feel free to incorporate it, but the delivered geometry must stay editable in standard Rhino. I’ll sign off once the model passes a quick manufacturability check (wall-thickness, draft angles where needed, no self-intersections).
