I am building a mobile-first Indian real estate platform called “Makan Setu”. Scope for this phase: - Android App - iOS App (Both built from a single codebase – Flutter or React Native preferred) Makan Setu is a business platform, not a simple listing app. It includes: - Multiple user roles: Buyer, Seller, Real Estate Agent, Builder - Owner & Partner dashboards with full control - Employee and Manager dashboards (calls, tasks, performance) - Property listing, approval, and visibility rules - Premium plans and advertisement-based revenue - Secure payment system (UPI, Net Banking) - Centralized in-app calling with number masking and logging - Strong security, zero data loss, and high scalability Important requirements: - All business rules are fixed and must be followed - Owner and Partner have supreme authority in the system - App must be scalable for high concurrent users - Clean architecture and clear documentation required - 100% source code ownership will belong to us What I am looking for: - Senior Mobile App Developer - Strong experience with Flutter or React Native - Backend understanding (API integration) - Experience with complex, role-based business apps - Long-term project mindset Please share: 1.
