My new high-end wig label is ready to scale production and I need an experienced wig maker who can hand-ventilate 100 % human hair into both lace-front and full-lace foundations, as well the ability to sew. Precision, durability, and a natural finish are essential; the pieces must stand beside the best names in luxury hair. You will receive top-grade hair in straight, wavy, and curly textures along with premium Swiss or HD lace (your preference). The task is to build each cap from scratch, knotting single hair’s so that the lace virtually disappears, then finish the unit with clean hairlines, secure adjustable straps or elastic, and flawless parting. Deliverables • one lace-front wig’s and one full-lace wig, one in a medium cap the other in a small, each fully constructed and styled, customized if requested and ready for client fitting. • Detailed notes on knot size, knot bleaching method, ventilation density, and cap measurements so we can duplicate winning specs in future runs. • Care instructions and a short video or photo series documenting key steps, confirming the work is genuinely hand-tied. Quality checks will focus on uniform knotting, undetectable grids at the hairline, and overall comfort when worn for extended periods.
