The senior web developers should have the following skills we are looking for our agency: 1. Native and Billingual English 2. Only Senior web coding skill: 1) Frontend Technologies JavaScript (ES6+) — core for all modern stacks. React.js (or Next.js) — widely used for high-performance UIs. CSS frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, CSS Modules. Responsive design + accessibility (WCAG/ADA) — remote employers emphasize inclusive UI. 2) Backend & API Skills Node.js + Express or Python (Django / FastAPI) or .Net — common backend stacks. REST APIs and/or GraphQL — architecting APIs is a must. Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Authentication, authorization, and security best practices. 3.
