I’m building a pipeline of residential projects and want to team up with someone who can move smoothly between Google SketchUp massing, detailed AutoCAD drawings, Lumion visualisations and final touches in Photoshop. On a typical job you would start from my sketches or a basic brief, develop an accurate SKP model, generate clean construction-ready CAD plans, and finish with photoreal stills (and the occasional walk-through) that sell the design to clients and investors alike. Consistency and reliability matter more to me than one-off speed; I’d like to establish an efficient, repeatable workflow where we check in at key milestones, share files through Drive/Dropbox, and keep revisions tight. You’ll need your own licences for Google SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD and Photoshop, plus the hardware to render quickly. Accepted deliverables on each project: • Native SketchUp (.skp) model with grouped, named layers • AutoCAD (.dwg) sheets—plans, sections, elevations—formatted to my title block • High-resolution Lumion renders (minimum 4K) and, when requested, a 30-60 sec animation • Layered PSDs of the final imagery for any post-production tweaks If you enjoy the craft of residential design, communicate clearly, and can commit long term, let’s talk about the first house and set up our workflow.
