Our new and globally patented tablet press, PrivMed®, designed for personalized medication (with a special focus on pediatric medication), is approaching market launch. However, for our contract manufacturer in Poland, several assemblies still need to be optimized. These include the tablet ejection system, selected design modifications to the housing, and improvements to the dosing system. For this purpose, a demo unit will be shipped to Sweden and installed either in the Österåker region (north of Stockholm) or in Västerås (where the TwinCAT programmer lives, with whom close collaboration is required). The mechanical designer must be located in Greater Stockholm area ! The design engineer must have strong expertise in SolidWorks (used on the production side). The original design files were created in Autodesk Inventor, and a solid fundamental understanding of the subject matter is required, including prototype development, 3D design, and preferably powder dosing systems. A permanent position after completion of the project is possible, as a design engineer will be required long-term and assembly is planned to be relocated from Poland to Sweden in the medium term.
