What I need from you • Complete preparation and electronic filing of the LLP incorporation form (FiLLiP) on the MCA portal • Generation and attachment of all mandatory linked forms, including partner DIN/DPIN and DSC tagging where required • Prompt handling of any MCA resubmission notes until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued I will provide the partners’ KYC documents, signed consent letters, and the draft LLP agreement; you confirm that everything meets current MCA guidelines before submission.
