I need a solid yet lean first release of a management system for my study library, “Pragati Abhyasika”. The scope covers an Android application and a web-based admin panel developed in parallel, so neither side lags behind the other. Core workflow • Student records: name, mobile number and seat assignment. • Dynamic seat allocation: I must be able to raise or lower the total seats on the fly. • Fee engine: full ₹900 / half ₹600 plans, automatic 30-day cycle, payment history and late-fine logic (₹20, then ₹50, expiring after 7 days). • WhatsApp automation for new-admission greetings, due-date reminders, late warnings and ad-hoc manual messages. • Notifications delivered both in-app and via push. • Dashboard summarising total students, pending fees and income, plus detailed student profiles, interactive charts and configurable reports. • Admin authentication through a straightforward username-and-password flow. Design and tech notes A clean dark-blue-and-gold interface is non-negotiable, and my logo must headline every screen. The build should stay modular so we can bolt on advanced features later without rewriting the core. The web console has to run smoothly in any modern laptop browser. Project rhythm I’m aiming for a low-cost, basic version first, then iterative upgrades. Please tell me: 1. The tech stack you’d choose for both Android and web. 2. A realistic timeline broken into milestones. 3. Examples of similar apps or panels you have shipped. I’ll shortlist freelancers who can show they understand both mobile and backend flows, keep the UI crisp, and respect the budget constraints while leaving room for future growth.
