I’m launching a new OpenCart e-shop for the Latvian market and need a specialist who can get the essentials up and running quickly, then be available for small tweaks later on. Initial build (fixed price) • Install the latest stable OpenCart on my server and apply the Journal theme. • Set the storefront to Latvian as the primary language. • Configure payments: Paysera, Latvian bank transfer, and standard credit/debit cards. • Configure shipping: courier service plus parcel-locker options (Paštomatai / Omniva-style). • Run a test order to confirm the full checkout flow. • Provide a simple hand-over document so I can add products and content myself. Ongoing work (hourly) After go-live I’ll need occasional help—layout tweaks, module updates, or other small requests—so please quote your hourly rate alongside the fixed price for the initial build. The initial scope is intentionally lean: no deep custom coding or complex integrations right now, just a clean, functional Latvian shop using Journal.
