Flow has slowed and the taste has changed, so I’m looking for someone who can open the unit, clean or replace the cartridges, flush the membranes, sanitise the housing, re-assemble it leak-free and verify the TDS is back within Kent’s recommended range. Please bring or specify genuine Kent-compatible consumables; I’ll approve any parts before you fit them. Once the job is done I’d like a short hand-written or digital note summarising what was changed, the final TDS reading, and the next suggested service interval. My second, less urgent request is some hands-on coaching to help me master a few Android phone features (backup, privacy settings and basic troubleshooting).
