Your plan should organise planting beds, tree lines, lawn pockets and low-maintenance shrubs in a way that guides foot traffic naturally while softening the hard edges of the station infrastructure. I will provide the site measurements, photographs and any zoning constraints as soon as the project begins. Using that data, prepare: • A scaled site layout (AutoCAD, PDF) showing all proposed green zones, circulation flow and service clearances. • A detailed planting schedule listing species, specimen sizes and seasonal colour notes suited to Kanpur’s climate. • At least two high-resolution visualisations or SketchUp/ Lumion renders to help stakeholders picture the finished look. Pathways, seating areas or water features are not essential at this stage, though the design should leave room for them later if the board approves an expanded scope. The drawing set must be export-ready for local contractors and include clear north arrows, legends and sheet titles. Accuracy, clarity and an eye for sustainable, low-water planting choices will be the key acceptance criteria.
