We are seeking a Technical Communicator / Junior Developer to support our team in technical discussions and client-facing interviews with U.S.-based companies. This role is ideal for developers with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience who not only understand modern web technologies but can also communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently. You will act as a bridge between our technical team and clients, helping present solutions, participate in interviews, and represent our capabilities professionally. Key Responsibilities 1- Participate in technical interviews and client meetings (U.S. market) 2- Clearly explain development concepts, workflows, and solutions 3- Support the team during live technical discussions and Q&A sessions 4- Engage in basic coding discussions or small technical tasks when required 5- Maintain professional communication with international clients Be available for meetings aligned with U.S. EST timezone (as scheduled) Requirements 1- 1.5–3 years of experience in web development 2- Working knowledge of technologies such as React, Node.js, MERN, Next.js, Python, or similar 3- Strong spoken English and communication skills 4- Confidence in video calls, interviews, and technical conversations 5- Reliable internet connection and a working webcam What We’re Looking For Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical clients A confident and clear speaking style during live discussions Strong problem-solving mindset and basic technical depth Professional attitude and consistency in communication Please submit the following: 1- Updated CV / Resume 2- Portfolio or GitHub profile (if available) 3- A mandatory 1–2 minute introduction video covering: Your technical background and experience Technologies you’ve worked with Your experience (if any) in client communication or interviews A brief introduction of yourself in English Important Notes The introduction video is mandatory.
