I need an end-to-end system that lets my internet-service business run from a single place. At its core the web portal must act as a full-featured CRM, but it also has to open and track customer complaints in a ticket style flow and generate recurring invoices automatically. Three user roles drive everything: Admin (full control and reporting), Agents (day-to-day service and payment collection), and Customers (self-service dashboard and ticket tracking). To keep the field team efficient, I also want a lightweight companion app for agents that mirrors their tasks, tickets, customer info, and payment status in real time. Key expectations • A responsive web interface built with a modern framework (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar) connected to a secure database. • Android-ready agent app (React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin—open to your suggestion) that syncs through authenticated APIs with the main system. • Complaint module: open, assign, escalate, resolve, with time-stamped notes and file uploads. • Billing module: plan management, automatic invoice generation, tax handling, and a simple ledger view for overdue amounts. • CRM module: full customer profile, connection history, bandwidth plan details, and integrated ticket view. I’ll provide branding assets and sample data once we start. Code must be clean, documented, and handed over with deployment instructions so I can launch on my hosting and the Play Store.
