Project Overview We are seeking professional interior design services for a three-floor building in Baghdad, Iraq, with floor area of 500 sqm. The building is divided into two main sections: • Right Wing: Management offices, marketing department, and engineers’ offices. • Left Wing: Accommodation facilities for staff. Scope of Work & Deliverables The appointed interior designer will be expected to provide the following services and outputs: 1. Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment o Conduct meetings to understand lifestyle, preferences, budget, and functional requirements. o Define the design direction in alignment with project goals. 2. Concept Development o Mood boards, inspirational images, and style proposals to visualize the overall theme and atmosphere. 3. Space Planning o Scaled floor plans show furniture layouts, circulation paths, and functional zoning. 4. 3D Visualizations / Renderings o Realistic digital models and renderings to preview the proposed design before execution (3D Max). 5. Material & Finish Selections o Samples or catalogs of flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, lighting, and furniture options. 6. Detailed Drawings o Technical drawings for contractors, including elevations, sections, lighting layouts, and joinery details.
