Quizzes and live polls should punctuate major sections, clickable elements will guide students to deeper explanations or short exercises, and at least one embedded video should appear in each deck to keep the energy high. Smooth slide transitions and subtle motion cues are welcome as long as they stay consistent with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. For design, think polished and minimalist rather than flashy: clean typography, restrained use of color, and enough white space to let imagery breathe. Content on every topic will blend concise text with striking photos or icons, data-driven infographics and charts, plus short real-life anecdotes that show how each skill plays out in the workplace. You’ll be working in Genially, providing editable files so my team can localize examples later. Speaker notes should outline talking points and reference answer keys for the quizzes. Because the project spans roughly 60 hours of effort, I’d like to structure payments at the equivalent of $60/hour, releasing a milestone after each pair of completed decks once they pass a quick test run with students.
