I’m adding a fresh social-proof block to my competition site and need someone to build it end-to-end, from markup through styling and light scripting. What I have in mind • A carousel slider that cycles through our most recent winners. • Beneath or alongside the slider, reviews showing text plus star ratings—no photos this time. • When a visitor taps or clicks any winner or review, a compact modal (or similar overlay) should open with fuller details. No autoplay audio or video is necessary; just a clean expanded view. Look & feel The new section must inherit my existing brand colours and typography, remain fully responsive, and perform smoothly on mobile devices. Sub-three-second load on 4G is the target. Tech stack The site runs on plain PHP with a small Alpine.js helper, but I’m flexible—vanilla JS, React, or a lightweight slider library such as Swiper.js are all acceptable if you bundle and document them properly. Deliverables 1. Front-end code (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JS) ready to drop into my current template. 2. A JSON or array structure I can plug into the backend for winners and reviews. 3. Clear setup notes so I can update content myself later. Acceptance I’ll consider the work complete when the component is integrated on my staging server, matches the design spec, works across the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and mobile browsers, and Lighthouse flags no accessibility or performance issues you can control.
