Scope of this MVP • Touchscreen-driven flow that walks the customer from start to finish. • Photo capture with the option to print immediately. • Digital sharing—send the image to an email address or show a QR code the user can scan to download. • Simple, secure payment processing so the session starts only after payment clears (cashless preferred, but I’m open to whatever you recommend that is easy to integrate). • Basic on-screen customisation: users can apply a filter or effect, pick a background, and add stickers/overlays before confirming their final image. What I’m looking for A clean, well-commented codebase that runs on common kiosk hardware (Windows or Linux PC, Raspberry Pi, or similar—happy to take your recommendation). The UI should be touch-friendly and straightforward, with clear prompts and a minimal number of steps. If you can package everything so it auto-starts on boot, even better. Deliverables 1.
