I am building an official-style cybercrime reporting portal that lets citizens file a complaint and instantly receive a unique tracking reference. The site needs intuitive front-page icons for Register a Complaint, Track Your Complaint, Report & Check Suspect, Cyber Volunteers, Learning Corner and Contact Us, each leading to its own functional module. Core flow • Complaint categories are Women/Children Crime, Financial Fraud and Other Cyber Offences. • The registration form must capture personal information, a detailed incident description and allow evidence uploads (images, PDFs, screenshots, etc.). • Once submitted, the user sees the ticket number on screen and also receives it in real time by email or SMS through an API you will integrate. • Victim/Complainant and Cyber Volunteer are the only front-end roles; an admin area can sit behind the scenes but should stay invisible to the public interface. Learning Corner A simple blog section will host short posts on Cyber Safety Tips, wider cyber-awareness pieces and a concise citizen manual explaining legal recourse. I am fine with any mainstream CMS or custom blog engine as long as I can add and edit articles myself. Essential deliverables • Fully responsive website (mobile-first) with the six icon-based sections working end-to-end. • Secure complaint database with search and status update capability. • Real-time confirmation system wired to my mail/SMS gateway. • Basic user management for the two public roles plus an admin back-office. • Blog module pre-populated with two sample articles to prove workflow. • Source code, deployment guide and one short hand-over call. Acceptance criteria ✓ A test complaint under each category can be filed, tracked and updated without errors. ✓ Evidence files under 10 MB upload successfully. ✓ Learning Corner renders correctly on Chrome, Firefox and one mobile browser. Tech stack is your choice—Laravel, Django, Node, React or similar—all I require is clean, documented code and standard security practices (HTTPS, CSRF, input validation). Once the portal is live on my hosting account and the above checks pass, the project is complete.
