I need a single, streamlined system that marries sales-focused CRM functionality with full-featured inventory control. The CRM side must revolve around sales tracking—pipeline stages, opportunity values, win/loss reporting and automated reminders—so my team can follow every lead until it converts. On the inventory side, I expect stock level monitoring with automatic low-stock alerts, straightforward order management (purchase and sales orders, pick/pack/ship flow) and supplier management that keeps contracts, lead times and pricing in one place. Both modules have to talk to each other in real time. When a sales rep closes a deal, committed stock should immediately deduct; when goods arrive from a supplier, available stock should instantly reflect back in the CRM so the team can quote accurately. No batch jobs or manual imports—webhooks, event queues or another low-latency method is required. I’m open to an off-the-shelf platform (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot + custom inventory plugin) or a bespoke build in Laravel, Django, Node or a comparable stack, as long as you can demonstrate prior work that meets the same complexity. A responsive web interface is mandatory; mobile apps are a nice-to-have but not essential for the first milestone.
