Please read before bidding on this little project. I need help installing a custom systemwide ssl cert for my nginx server, not ssl cert for a site. Currently it is using a self signed cert, and I need to do a curl API to a website called nursys (https://api.nursys.com) but they reject self signed servers from connecting. I have an ssl cert that I bought for my domain. I dont know if that could be used or not. I have a cert on macbook and that cert is able to connect to api.nursys.com. If you want try it out you can just do your own curl to that domain. do curl -v https://api.nursys.com What I have tried: - I have tried to install it from instructions using chatGPT but nothing is working. -I tried combining the ca-bundle and a pem to get the crt, so maybe my crt is not setup properly -You will need to wipe the current ca-certificates.crt and redo it as it is not working. -if you chatgpt "help installing custom cert on nginx server due to curl error 60 self signed, that's what I have done but no luck. -php8.0, nginx, debian 10 jessie, i have multiple websites on this server and they have ssl configured for each site. Serious bidders only. The fix could take couple minutes, so I am not looking for bids on hourly. I have had similar project and the programmer was trying to make it long to justify for the cost. I dont want it to be unfair for you. The faster you can complete the better for you and me. So give me your best bid on what you want for fixing/installing a cert on the server. If you have done it before then it should be very simple and fast for you. I have never had to setup a custom cert on the server til now. It was running on the self signed, I dont have any api connections that rejects self signed servers. If you have done this before or chatgpt what I said above and know exactly what this is about then please bid on this. No need to request to take a look at my server first and this and that. If you have done it before, you can just get right on it and I will provide everything you need when you do the work. *** If you dont know about any of the linux commands to install and configure systemwide cert then dont bid on this. *** if you dont know the difference between a systemwide cert and site cert, then dont bid on this. *** I will pay when work is done and my self signed cert is replaced with my purchased ssl cert. Or be able to connect to api.nursys.com through curl api. I will not rob you of your time. If you dont believe me then you can skip this one. So dont ask for payment before any work is done.
