Hi we need to implement Odoo Comunity (the free version) in our Architecture firm, we would like to implement it in 2 phases. It will be hosted on a HP MiniPC Phase 1: Installing (Migrating our already installed) Odoo community on docker. Configurating Odoo for project management and resource planning. Define a default 3 default templates depends on our type of project, with default tasks and sub-tasks. On each template allocate a specific default time / task or sub-task. Counting with a counter with play pause and stop button the effective time spend on that task sub-task Assign roles, CEO, PM, ARHITECT the PM and CEO are the only one who can change the default task or sub-task time. Alocate task and sub-task to someone. PM and CEO Needs to receive notification when someone finished some tasks to know that he needs to check that files. (Maybe automatically create a new task for him to verify the documents). We want to see, based on already assign, current task and default times per project when the Arhitects have the time to start the tasks / sub-tasks and when he should finished the task to check if we can keep the Project Deadline. Set a Each project phase a deadline from contract and with 10 days before the deadline we need to receive a notification that the deadline is in 10 days. Only CEO can extend or modify the deadlines. We are a small team of 5 people looking to grow in the future. Some of the people work only few certain hours on certain dates. We need to create custom working hours calendars for them, and based on the assign working hours calendar and the task will be assign and will be viewed only in the working hours. We also need the Discuss module, and will be nice if we can automatically create a channel when a new project is created, and when the project is marked as finished to arhive the chat (not deleted) Dashboards We need dashboards for CEO to see project percentage based on total hours and remaining hours. Estimation on the delivery dates based on how much the delays are and the default estimated times CEO will need a dashboard also that can see the project direct spending calculated by the time speeded on the project and the salary that we define in the HR. CEO Dashboard with timesheets for every employer times spend on each project. Timeoff - Manage the timeoff based on how many days we assign to them when they get hired and how many days they remain, also from last year. After everything is done we will need like a small training how to use what we ask for. Secure external acces on odoo via cloudflare or other similar third party app. Teach us how to back-up and restore Odoo, and docker in case of pc failure or virus or a cyberattack. Phase 2: Keeping a small accounting like basic income and outcomes with specific field that we can obtain data for our prediction Assign outcomes and incomes on projects Only CEO has acces to this module. (we dont need invoices) CEO DASHBOARD Calculates profitability of the project based on time spend of each one who worked on it, direct outcome / direct expenses generated on this project.
