I already hold a 5-acre site plan in AutoCAD and now need it transformed into an industrial-ready scheme. The land must be subdivided to accommodate warehouses, manufacturing units and office spaces, with sensible truck circulation, parking, utilities corridors and green buffers. I don’t have fixed design standards in mind, so please bring your own best-practice guidance on zoning, fire access, turning radii, setbacks and FAR; flag any assumptions you make so I can sign them off quickly. Scope of work • Refine the existing DWG, keeping layers clean and dimensions accurate. • Produce a clear industrial plotting layout ready for statutory submissions. • Build a 3D model from that layout and deliver a smooth, 2-minute HD walkthrough (fly-through) that showcases the overall site, key building masses and primary movement routes. Any mainstream pipeline—AutoCAD/Civil 3D into SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar—is fine as long as I receive the video plus the editable source model. Acceptance I’ll need one interim screenshot set for comments, then the final CAD file, 3D model and rendered walkthrough.
