I am preparing a set of marketing materials and need two hyper-realistic maps that present our new development in a clear, modern style. The first map is a edited polished master plan that shows the full community layout—residential blocks, road hierarchy, green corridors, water features, and any other key infrastructure that helps a buyer instantly understand the scope of the project. We are removing th future phases. See current plan attached. We are also adding which homes are already sold or specs etc hence why it needs to be editable. The second map zooms out to the surrounding neighbourhood and cities and must highlight specific elements so they stand out at a glance: parks and recreational areas, schools and educational institutions, and nearby shopping and commercial areas, both Dallas airports, PGA, Universal. Consistency between the two pieces is essential; colour palette, iconography, and typography should align with our existing brand guidelines while staying clean and contemporary. I typically review work in layered Illustrator or Photoshop files, but I am also comfortable with other professional mapping or CAD tools if they produce crisp vector results. Final deliverables should include: • Print-ready PDFs at 300 dpi (A2 and A3 sizes) • Editable source files with organised layers • Scaled web versions optimised for fast loading To stay on schedule, please share an initial rough within two days so we can lock the layout before you refine texturing, shadows, and legend details.
