I need a full-scale Online Management System that lets me run several hotels from one place. The platform must open with separate logins for admin and on-site staff, then guide us through everything that happens in a property—from showing vacant rooms to balancing the books at month-end. Core workflow • Inventory: Each hotel lists its 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK options, tagged as AC, non-AC or cooler, with independent pricing and location metadata. • Public booking: Guests land on a home page that instantly displays every vacant room. They choose a room, enter their details and pay either in full or partially. • Alerts: Two hours before a scheduled checkout the system fires a notification so reception can prepare. • Cash flow: I need day-wise, customer-wise and hotel-wise collection summaries, plus a separate screen that tracks any outstanding balance and records follow-up payments. • Expenses & salaries: Staff payroll, miscellaneous spend and any other operating cost should feed automatically into an expenses ledger, rolling up into a live balance-sheet view. • Reports: Every transaction listed above—bookings, payments, salaries, expenses—must be exportable in ready-to-print reports. • Extra: If you can plug WhatsApp into the notification flow, great, but that piece is optional. Tech stack is open; propose what you feel is most efficient, secure and easy to maintain. The finished system must come with a clean database schema, tested CRUD operations for every module and a brief hand-over guide so my in-house team can operate it confidently.
