I already run Home Assistant and now want to take it well beyond the out-of-the-box experience. The immediate goal is to integrate my existing camera feed, and alarm status shows up inside Home Assistant and can be armed, disarmed, or monitored from a single place. Alongside that integration, I’d like the overall user interface refined. A custom Lovelace dashboard (mobile-first and tablet-friendly) with quick-action buttons, clear status indicators, and actionable notifications will make daily use much smoother for everyone at home. Key deliverables I’ll review against: • Seamless, reliable connection between Home Assistant and the security system, with bidirectional control • A polished UI/dashboard that loads quickly on phone, desktop, and a wall-mounted tablet • Clear written notes or comments on any YAML, scripts, or automations you add so I can maintain them later If you’ve previously worked with security panels, MQTT, or custom Lovelace cards, please mention it when you respond.
