**Project Overview** DevenirProf.ch is a growing Swiss platform helping new tutors earn 20–80 CHF/h by teaching their preferred subjects. We are now seeking a **specialized performance marketing agency** to manage our paid acquisition and implement robust tracking systems. --- ## **What We Need** ### **1. Paid Advertising Management** * Full setup and management of **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** and **TikTok Ads**. * Creation of high-performance campaigns focused on **tutor acquisition**. * Complete funnel optimization: audience testing, creatives guidance, A/B testing, retargeting. * Weekly performance monitoring and reporting. ### **2. Tracking & Data Infrastructure** * Installation and configuration of: * **Meta Pixel** * **Meta CAPI (Conversions API)** * **TikTok Pixel / Events API** * Server-side tracking recommended (Cloudflare/Next.js). * Verification that all events (PageView, Lead/Form Submission, Button Clicks, etc.) are firing correctly. ### **3. Conversion Optimization** * Audit of landing page (DevenirProf.ch) and recommendation of improvements to increase form submissions. * Setup of custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools. --- ## **Requirements** * Proven experience managing **Meta and TikTok ads** with strong acquisition results. * Demonstrated expertise in **Pixel & CAPI implementation** (client + server-side). * Understanding of **lead generation funnels**. * Clear communication and transparency on budget allocation, campaign structure and KPIs. * Ability to start immediately. --- ## **Deliverables** * Fully operational ad accounts with active, optimized campaigns. * Tracking infrastructure with verified event firing. * Weekly performance report (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, CAC). * Recommendations to scale successful campaigns. --- ## **Budget** Open to proposals.
