I’m ready to move our startup, HikariCab Mobility LLP, from concept to a fully functional ride-hailing platform and need one seasoned developer who can own the full stack. The build includes three distinct yet interconnected products, all focused on Android: • Customer App – core flows are OTP-based sign-up/login, live ride booking on Google Maps, real-time driver tracking, fare estimate, cash or UPI checkout, and a concise ride-history screen. • Driver App – availability toggle, trip acceptance, live navigation on Google Maps, ride status updates pushed in real-time, and wallet/earnings summary. • Admin Panel – browser-based dashboard to monitor trips, approve drivers, view analytics, and adjust pricing or promo rules instantly. Everything should run on a Flutter front-end with a Node.js back-end; you’re free to plug in Express, Nest, or another framework provided it scales cleanly. I’ll supply the Firebase keys for OTP, Map API keys, and our preferred UPI gateway sandbox credentials. Acceptance criteria – Smooth installation with clear README and environment variables template – Source code in Git with commit history; no vendor lock-ins – Customer can search, book, pay, and view ride history without crashes – Driver status and customer map pointers sync within two seconds end-to-end – Admin actions reflect across apps instantly (pricing, driver activation, etc.) If you’ve shipped similar real-time apps and are comfortable orchestrating Flutter, Node.js, WebSockets/Firebase, and REST APIs, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
