I’m taking an industrial plastic component into production and need a complete 3D mould that yields parts with very tight tolerances. The tool must be optimised for plastic injection moulding, so proper draft angles, runner and gate placement, balanced cooling, and an ejector layout that protects critical surfaces all matter. High precision is the governing requirement; any mis-alignment or flash is unacceptable. You’ll receive the solid model of the part plus target shrinkage and press parameters. Feel free to work in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or a similar mainstream CAD platform as long as neutral files remain clean. Deliverables • Fully detailed 3D CAD of the mould in native and STEP/Parasolid formats • 2D drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and BOM • Assembly showing any slides, lifters, and moving components • Draft, interference, and cooling channel analysis screenshots or reports Acceptance Criteria The files must open error-free, show correct draft, meet the supplied tolerance map, and document all steel conditions clearly enough for direct CNC programming. First iteration is needed within one week; final sign-off will follow promptly after review.
