High-Poly STL Export From .max

I have a prototype that is already fully modeled in 3ds Max (.max file). I now need that same model prepared and exported as a high-resolution STL ready for 3D printing. The geometry must remain crisp, the mesh must be completely watertight, and the file should open error-free in common slicing software. Your job is to: • open the supplied .max file in the latest version of 3ds Max, • verify and, if required, refine the topology so every surface is manifold, • apply any smoothing or subdivision needed to achieve a high polygon count without losing dimensional accuracy, and • export a single, clean STL at the correct real-world scale. Acceptance criteria: • No non-manifold edges, flipped normals, or holes. • Wall thickness meets the minimum of standard SLA printers (0.8 mm unless I specify otherwise). • The STL passes Meshlab or Netfabb checks with zero errors. Once complete, send me the final STL along with the updated .max scene so I can trace any adjustments you have made.
