I already have the Revit model ready and now need photorealistic exterior images that can impress clients and investors alike. The focus is purely on the outside of the building, and I want every material, joint, and reflection to read as real-world construction—nothing schematic. Two aspects must stand out: • Landscaping – trees, shrubs, paving, and site furniture should feel fully integrated with the architecture, not simply placed around it. • Building façade details – cladding, glazing, mullions, and any subtle material transitions must read crisply at close-up as well as at street view. I’m expecting a high level of detail, so please work in whatever visualization pipeline you prefer—V-Ray for Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, or Twinmotion—as long as the end result is lifelike and rendered at a resolution suitable for print (minimum 4 K). Deliverables • Two to three hero images showing different daylight scenarios • One dusk shot emphasizing ambient lighting (optional but appreciated) • High-resolution JPEG/PNG plus the raw scene or layered PSD, so I can tweak post-production later Before we start I’ll share the model, material schedule, and a reference mood board. Let me know your typical turnaround time for first proofs and the software you intend to use, then we can lock in milestones and move forward.
