I’m looking for a Client Service Associate who can take full ownership of onboarding our newest customers through live group training sessions. Your mission is to make sure every participant leaves confident in using our product and clear on next steps. Here’s what the role involves: • Plan and schedule recurring group sessions that accommodate multiple time zones. • Tailor the agenda to walk clients from first-login basics through key features and best practices. • Prepare slide decks, quick-start guides, and any supporting documentation ahead of each call. • Host the sessions (video preferred), keep them interactive, handle questions in real time, and gather feedback. • Capture attendance and insights in our CRM so the success team can follow up. Success for me means that new clients actively engage during the call, rate the session highly, and require minimal follow-up support afterward.
