I want a lightweight CRM that lives in Google Sheets and is fed by a Google Form. When a new lead is submitted through the form, the data should flow straight into a master sheet, automatically assign a unique ID, and show up on separate tabs that reflect our sales-tracking focus. The only metric I care about right now is where each lead sits in the pipeline. I have draft stages but I’m open to your suggestions if there’s a cleaner way to visualise progress. What matters is that I can move a lead from one stage to the next with a simple dropdown or checkbox and have that change reflected everywhere else instantly. Key needs • Google Form → Google Sheets integration with zero manual copy-paste • A clear pipeline board or dashboard that updates in real time as the stage field changes • Basic Google Apps Script triggers for timestamping moves and highlighting anything that’s been stuck too long • Clean, readable formulas (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.) so I can maintain the file after hand-off Deliverables 1. A fully configured Google Form linked to the sheet 2. The master sheet, stage-based tabs, and a visual dashboard 3. Documentation or loom video that walks me through how each part works Once everything is working, I’ll test with a few dummy leads. When those flow through correctly and the stage moves behave as expected, the project is done.
