I want a lightweight CRM that lives in Google Sheets and is fed by a Google Form. When a new lead is submitted through the form, the data should flow straight into a master sheet, automatically assign a unique ID, and show up on separate tabs that reflect our sales-tracking focus. The only metric I care about right now is where each lead sits in the pipeline. I have draft stages but I’m open to your suggestions if there’s a cleaner way to visualise progress. What matters is that I can move a lead from one stage to the next with a simple dropdown or checkbox and have that change reflected everywhere else instantly.
