I am looking for an experienced Android/Google Play Store expert to help me publish my VPN application. Current Situation: I have a fully developed VPN app (built in Flutter). I currently have a Personal Google Play Developer Account. I am unable to publish or update the app because of the "VpnService" policy requirement. Google Play Console is showing the error: "Some types of apps can only be distributed by organizations." The Problem: Google Play now requires an Organization (Business) Account to publish apps that use the VpnService permission. I currently do not have an Organization account set up. What I Need: I need a solution to get this app published successfully and legally. I am looking for an expert who can do ONE of the following: Consultation/Guidance: Guide me step-by-step on how to quickly register a valid "Sole Proprietorship" or business entity (specifically for an Indian citizen) to get a D-U-N-S number and verify a new Organization account. Publishing Service: If you have a verified Organization account and offer publishing services, please provide your terms (optional). Requirements: Must have experience with VPN/Proxy app policies on Google Play. Must understand the D-U-N-S number and Organization Verification process.
