The app must feel truly global, handling multiple currencies, languages, and location formats while remaining fast and intuitive. To start, I need a complete, production-ready build that includes: • Property listings with powerful filters (price range, location radius, property type, amenities, etc.) • Secure user profiles and authentication, including social sign-in and two-factor options • An interactive map view that supports geolocation, clustering, and quick tap-to-detail navigation The interface has to be clean and modern, with smooth search and onboarding flows. Responsiveness across iOS, Android, and the web is essential, so a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native backed by a scalable API is welcome—feel free to recommend the stack you work best with.
