I need an Orthanc-savvy DICOM engineer to set up seamless, two-way communication between our GE AW4.6 workstation and an Orthanc PACS instance that is already running on a Linux VPS. The goal is for the workstation to query and retrieve studies from Orthanc, push new studies back to the server, and view or edit images locally without manual intervention. Here is what matters to me: • The link must support full Query/Retrieve (C-FIND / C-MOVE) as well as Store/Forward (C-STORE) in both directions. • After the configuration is complete, I should be able to open a case on the GE console, pull it from Orthanc, perform post-processing, then send the updated series or entirely new studies back to the PACS and confirm they appear correctly. • Image viewing/editing needs to function just as it does when the AW pulls from a hospital-grade PACS. You will receive secure VPN or SSH credentials to the VPS plus any network details you need from the GE side. Please handle AE titles, port assignments, and any Orthanc plugins or LUA rules required. A short hand-off document with screenshots of the final Orthanc and GE settings will be the closing step so I can reproduce the setup if we migrate servers in the future. Acceptance test: I load a test CT in Orthanc, see it listed on the AW console, retrieve it successfully, create a derived series, and confirm that series is back on Orthanc automatically.
