Scope • Model all four elevations of the building in 3D (front, rear, and both sides). • Apply the specified materials—clear glass panes, brushed or polished metal surfaces, and purposeful LED-style lighting accents. • Produce high-resolution still renders (day and night) plus the editable source file from your preferred tool—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or equivalent. • Provide one round of refinements so we can fine-tune proportions, colors, or lighting placement after the first draft. Acceptance criteria • Renders clearly show material texture and realistic lighting. • All sides of the house are included in both daytime and nighttime shots. • Final files are delivered in an editable format along with print-ready PNG/JPEG images (minimum 4K).
