I import and resell furniture from multiple international brands—Ethan Allen, Baker, Century, Ralph Lauren Home and others—and the spreadsheet routine I rely on is no longer enough. I need a custom inventory-management bot that plugs directly into my existing Google Sheets (or Excel if easier for you to connect through Microsoft Graph) and keeps every SKU’s journey fully automated, accurate and visible at a glance. Core tracking points must include: • Ordered • Paid / unpaid • In transit • Arrived • In stock (split by warehouse & showroom) • Reserved / sold • Delayed • Needs re-order trigger The bot should pull data in real time or on a scheduled interval I can set, reconcile it against my master sheet, and push back clean status updates without manual intervention. I want the flexibility to add new brands, product lines or warehouses without touching code, so clear field mapping or an admin panel is essential. A live dashboard—either within the sheet via Apps Script add-on, in a lightweight web interface (Node.js, Python Flask, or similar), or even through Looker Studio—will give me quick filters by brand, PO, container, ETA, and aging stock. Automatic email or Slack alerts when items are delayed, unpaid or approaching low stock would close the loop. Please deliver: 1. The working bot/system with Google Sheets integration and full automation. 2. A one-page setup guide so I can redeploy or hand off internally. 3. Brief hand-off call or video walkthrough to ensure everything runs smoothly. Acceptance: I’ll test by importing a fresh purchase order, updating shipment milestones, and confirming every status updates in the sheet and dashboard without manual edits. When that passes and I can add a new brand column without breaking formulas, the project is complete.
