About the Role: This is an urgent, high-autonomy full-stack developer role requiring immediate expertise in Python and Django to stabilize and maintain our critical customer and operations portal. The core objective is to move quickly, from solving immediate outages to acting as a strategic partner who proactively suggests architecture improvements, not just executes tickets. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack (Python/Django backend to Django Templates frontend), integrating critical APIs (HubSpot, Stripe), and balancing large projects with urgent, small-scale fixes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: The core function is to maintain, develop, and integrate the company's core web applications, focusing on stability, data integrity, and feature development across the full stack. Full-Stack Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain the company’s Django-based web portal using Python for scalable APIs and Django Templates for the front end. Critical API Integration: Fluently integrate and manage key third-party systems, with immediate critical focus on HubSpot (for customer portal data sync) and Stripe (for an upcoming quote-to-cash system). Data Management: Manage and query relational data across PostgreSQL and warehouse data in Snowflake. Deployment & Monitoring: Maintain and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP); monitor performance, reliability, and error handling through tools like Sentry and Hotjar. Strategic Partnership: Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical PMs to translate business needs into production features, suggesting improvements to architecture and process flow. Error Handling & Reliability: Monitor performance, reliability, and error handling through tools like Sentry and Hotjar to ensure high system uptime and performance. Qualifications: Required Experience: 2–5 years of experience with Django and Python in a production environment. Core Tech Fluency: Demonstrated high proficiency and hands-on experience integrating and working with HubSpot and Stripe APIs. Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience working with REST APIs.
