Job Overview We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for a remote contract position. You will work as part of a digital engineering team responsible for building and maintaining a secure member portal for web and mobile platforms. This project supports a rewards-based system that encourages users to take healthy actions. The contract is remote and open-ended — duration is not fixed and may be extended based on project needs. Developers based in North America, South America, or Europe are strongly preferred. We are looking for a developer who can contribute across the stack and work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop full-stack features using React, Node.js, Java, and Python - Build and integrate APIs using GraphQL and REST - Work with AWS cloud infrastructure - Maintain and optimize database systems (DB2) - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers - Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and deployment processes - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong frontend skills with React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficiency in Node.js and at least one of Java or Python - Experience working with AWS and GraphQL APIs - Familiarity with relational databases (DB2 or similar) - Comfortable working independently in a remote setting - Good communication and collaboration skills - Must be located in North America, South America, or Europe
