I’m ready to commission a custom CRM that lives on Vercel and can grow with our company and our customers. The core must cover customer management for our internal team, reliable sales tracking to follow every deal from lead to close, and clear reporting & analytics so management can see what’s happening without digging through spreadsheets. Out of the box the system needs smooth integrations with our everyday tools—sending and receiving email through popular email services, processing payments through mainstream gateways, and posting or pulling data from the key social media platforms where our campaigns run. Three user levels are essential: admins who control settings, managers who oversee pipelines and reports, and general users who log daily activity. A clean role-based permission system is a must so each group only sees what it needs. I’m leaning toward a modern JavaScript stack—Next.js or a similar framework for the frontend, a lightweight Node or serverless backend that scales automatically on Vercel, and a hosted database (PostgreSQL, PlanetScale, or another you suggest) behind it. The code should be clean, documented, and pushed to a private Git repository we both access. I’ll consider the project complete when: • The CRM is live on our Vercel account under our domain. • All three user roles can sign in and perform their respective tasks. • Customer, deal, and report data flow end-to-end with no console errors. • At least one email service, one payment gateway, and one social media platform are successfully connected and demonstrably working. • You hand over the full source code and a brief README covering setup, environment variables, and deployment steps.
