UI/UX FULL PLATFORM REFINEMENT – PREMIUM SAAS UPGRADE IMPORTANT CONTEXT This is NOT a redesign project. Generic answers not based on this platform will NOT be considered. Proposals that do not reference specific parts of the platform will be disregarded. OBJECTIVE Upgrade the ENTIRE platform into a premium SaaS-level product (visual + UX + consistency). This is a full refinement across 100% of the system, not partial improvements. FULL PLATFORM COVERAGE (MANDATORY) The designer is responsible for reviewing and refining ALL parts of the platform without exception. This includes: • layout restructuring • hierarchy correction • spacing adjustments • CTA positioning • visual clarity improvements No screen should remain unchanged if it does not meet premium standards. DESIGN OBJECTIVES Across ALL areas, the designer must ensure: • visual consistency • strong hierarchy • premium perception • clarity of use • intuitive navigation • reduced cognitive load • clear call-to-actions • professional SaaS appearance UX REQUIREMENTS The designer must improve: • first impression (0–3 seconds impact) • content discovery • navigation clarity • onboarding clarity • conversion flow (subscriptions, tokens, actions) • full user journey (viewer, creator, admin) END-TO-END USER FLOW (MANDATORY) The following flows must be fully reviewed and refined: • Landing → signup → onboarding • Discovery → content selection → payment → access • Viewer journey • Creator journey • Admin control flow The platform must feel like a single connected product, not isolated screens. MONETIZATION UX (CRITICAL) The designer must ensure: • clear distinction between free vs paid content • strong visibility of subscription and token actions • optimized purchase flow (low friction) • clear value communication before payment All monetization flows must be: • obvious • intuitive • conversion-focused DESIGN SYSTEM (MANDATORY) Creation or refinement of: • typography system • color system (including CTA logic) • spacing system • component system • interaction patterns PREMIUM EXPERIENCE LAYER Apply: • modern SaaS patterns • clean layouts • strong visual hierarchy • micro-interactions (concept level) • content emphasis • polished UI behavior PREMIUM STANDARD DEFINITION Premium means: • clean and modern SaaS interface • clear visual hierarchy • consistent components across all panels • high-quality spacing and typography • strong CTA visibility • no visual noise or confusion The final product must be comparable to: Netflix, Stripe, Notion, Twitch-level clarity and consistency. VISUAL COMPARISON (MANDATORY) The designer must provide: • Before vs After comparison for key screens • Clear visual demonstration of improvements • Explanation of what was changed and why DELIVERABLES The designer MUST deliver: • Complete Figma file (well structured) • All screens reviewed and refined • Component library • Design system base • Mobile and desktop versions • Clear implementation guidance for developers ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The work will only be considered complete if: • 100% of the platform is covered • visual consistency is achieved across all panels • monetization flows are clear and optimized • navigation is intuitive • the platform reflects a premium SaaS-level experience Partial delivery will NOT be accepted. TIMELINE • Initial phase: 5–10 days (core refinement direction) • Full refinement: completed in aligned phases PRICING • Fixed price required SCOPE LOCK This is a full platform refinement. No part of the system can be excluded or considered out of scope. REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY) To be considered, your proposal MUST include: • Top 3 UI/UX issues identified on the platform • Where they occur • What exact improvements you would apply • How you would elevate this into a premium product • 2–3 real SaaS or streaming references with explanation • Real portfolio, no generic UI kits NOT ACCEPTED • Partial work • Generic suggestions • Redesign proposals • Code-only approach • Lack of SaaS experience IMPORTANT Lack of access to certain areas must be communicated early. However, the designer is still responsible for proposing improvements based on system logic and patterns. FINAL NOTE We are not looking for someone to improve screens. We are looking for someone to transform the entire platform into a premium product experience, ready for production.
