I expect a clean, modern UI, fast page loads, and scalable architecture—React, Vue, or similar on the front end and a secure API layer (Node.js, Django, Laravel, etc.) underneath is fine as long as it achieves these goals. Integration with a mapping service (Google Maps, Mapbox, or another equivalent) is mandatory for the live tracking feature. The site should launch as a responsive web app first; once all functions are proven stable, I’ll look at optional mobile wrappers or native apps.
